Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Bizili (whether through our sales representatives, in writing, by telephone, email or otherwise) for any goods promoted for sale by us, you agree to contract with us in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (whether previously issued by us or appearing on any order form, purchase order or other documentation issued by you).

1.Description of Goods
We reserve the right to make any changes in the descriptions necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements or product specification changes.

We warrant that all goods promoted for sale by us are of satisfactory quality. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, we make no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded.

We provide certain important safety information in relation to the goods (on the goods themselves and/or in our catalogues). You acknowledge that you are (or before using or supplying the goods will make yourself) aware of this information.

2.Prices
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our price list current on the date of despatch of your order, inclusive of VAT (17.5%), handling and any delivery costs which are payable in addition by you.

Any discounts offered by us on our online published price lists are made by our discretion and will be revoked in the event in payment.

3.Ordering
You are responsible for ensuring that each order you place is complete and accurate. Each order is an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. We are entitled to assume that you are making the order in the same legal capacity as any previous order, unless you indicate otherwise.

4.Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and BiZiLi will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5.Shipping
We aim to dispatch the goods within 2-5 working days of receipt of your order. However, occasionally the volume of orders we receive or stock availability will result in longer delivery times. Please allow up 28 days for delivery. Shipping charges for all U.K. mainland orders will be £2.99. Free delivery, if order over £25. Shipping charges to UK Highlands and Islands and overseas may incur a surcharge depending on the weight. Heavier goods such as ¡®Plan Chests' will incur additional carriage charges (charged at the same cost to us).

6.Return
In the case of the goods you ordered being faulty or unwanted, they may be returned within 14 days. Returned goods will only be accepted if original, unopened condition.

7.Privacy policy and Data Protection
At Bizili we respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining it. A summary of our current privacy policy is given below. We use the information you provide us:

• To administer your account.
• And, from time to time, to inform you by post, email or other available means of product, services, promotions and special offers.

We will usually only contact you by telephone if there is a query regarding your order.

We have notified the Information Commissioner under, and will process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By sending us nny correspondence r>r by otherwise providing us with any personal data you consent to our processing that personal data for the purposes of processing your order and sending our current sales literature and price lists to you.?? This may involve us in disclosing the personal data to third parties for the purposes of such processing.

In the event that any provision (including any distinct sub-clause) of this agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, void or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of this agreement which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.Warranty
All Bizili products warrant 14 days after your received.

9.General
The parties to this agreement do not intend that any term of this agreement will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a party to it.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties hereto agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
