Delivery Policy

Orders totaling £25 or more are delivered FREE to a home or work address. The post and packaging charge for orders under £25 for home delivery is £2.99.

If the products in a single order have different availability dates, each will be posted to you as soon as it becomes available. If this occurs, you will be charged only once for the flat rate parcel charge.

The delivery charge is calculated per delivery address, so if you split your order between several personal addresses a delivery fee will be charged for each address.

You will not receive free home delivery if any item is cancelled, bringing the total order of eligible products below £25.

The availability for each product on our website is displayed on its product detail page. Orders going to UK addresses should be delivered within 2-5 working days of dispatch.

We are unable to deliver goods to non-UK addresses. However, we will happily accept orders from overseas that are delivered to a UK address - perfect if you are looking for gifts for a friend or family member in the UK.

To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure.

Return Policy
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from BIZILI. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 14 working. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the carriers delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our company, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, you are entitled to a 14 days warranty. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.

Products cannot be returned under the following conditions
The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt
All the painting material and papers must be in unused (re-saleable) condition
